With my professional background in engineering it is important to me that I fully understand the implications of any decisions that I make, and that I carefully consider and analyze all the potential outcomes and scenarios of important decisions, especially financial planning and pensions. This means my decision making processes and approach tends to be very analytical. I’m sure Adam found this a bit of a challenge! Excellent service levels
I first met Adam in September 2013 and approached with skeptical caution, having been based in Thailand for some years and having had one or two bad experiences with past ‘financial consultants’. I found that most people in Adam’s industry promise the world when they first meet you but very quickly revert to providing little or no service (presumably after they get paid). I found this very frustrating and had lost faith in the industry as whole. Then I met Adam who seemed to offer a different proposition with products from major banks with fixed returns rather than ‘promises’. Furthermore his response time to calls and emails was refreshing and detailed compared to what I was use to. In two years I have never waited more than a couple of hours for a reply to any questions or requests.
